Research on the Development and Joint Improvement of Ceramsite Lightweight High-Titanium Heavy Slag Concrete Precast Composite Slab

Despite the continuous improvement in research and development of concrete precast composite slab technology, problems like easy cracks excessive weight at joints remain. In this study, high-titanium heavy slag was mixed with different kinds ceramsite to prepare lightweight concrete. The joint optimized develop a novel slab, hereinafter referred as “CLHCPCS”. Two CLHCPCS one ordinary were prepared. This study analyzed effects new materials improved on flexural capacity crack resistance CLHCPCS. It concluded that density shale decreased by 12.0%, fly ash 10.6%. At 30% dosage ceramsite, compressive strength splitting tensile reached maximum. 20% mechanical properties optimal. Finally, selected part coarse aggregate 1 2 demonstrated superior ultimate bearing than DBS1, its bending test value higher average slab. ANSYS established model for simulation test. stress strain distribution under plastic line method obtained, consistent theory experimental analysis results.
